Q1: Can the Arkfeld UV clip be replaced?
A1: The clip is designed as unremovable, it’s not suggested to remove it.
Q2: Why the light sometimes stopped working or won’t charge?
A2: Please check to see if it is in lock mode. While in lockout mode, the red indicator at the bottom will light up for a short time. Press and hold the center button (about 1 second) until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or UV, and the flashlight will be unlocked.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
